Christopher Fleury is a senior vice president at Ipsos and has 30 years of experience providing research consulting services for numerous nonprofit, corporate, government, and nongovernmental organization clients. Fleury is the founding director of Ipsos-Insights LLC’s regulatory affairs research unit, a practice area dedicated to helping clients in the tobacco and nicotine industry conduct high-quality, high-stakes research to support their interactions with regulatory agencies. He has served as the principal investigator or project leader on more than two dozen regulatory tobacco studies over the past 10 years. A doctor in political science, Fleury has held several academic positions, has published numerous scholarly articles, and has appeared at a number of conferences. Previously, he was president and CEO of a global research consultancy that conducted research throughout the developing world.
