With decades of leadership in the legal, public affairs and regulatory field, Laura Leigh Oyler brings passion for advocacy and innovation to the tobacco industry. Currently, Oyler is the head of regulatory affairs, USA for Philip Morris International. As a subject matter expert, Oyler has spoken across the globe about tobacco harm reduction and product innovation. Oyler began her career as a deputy prosecuting attorney before joining Reynolds American Inc., where she found her passion as an advocate for tobacco harm reduction. Prior to joining Turning Point Brands, Oyler held international regulatory and product development support roles at Juul Labs Inc. Oyler graduated from Hendrix College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology before obtaining her law degree from the University of Arkansas Leflar School of Law. A proud Razorback and Arkansas native, Oyler currently lives in Lewsville, North Carolina, with her husband and three daughters. When not spending time with her girls, Oyler enjoys walking/hiking, traveling and attending concerts, especially her lifetime favorite band Pearl Jam.
