Kai-Jen Chuang

Kai-Jen Chuang is a professor in the School of Medicine at Taipei Medical University. He is also an environmental epidemiologist,specializing in air pollution exposure assessment, indoor air filtration and cardiopulmonary health study. During the Covid-19 pandemic, he conducted a study on wearing three-layer cotton masks to avoid virus transmission through droplets. In recent years, he has focused on the design and field application of green energy micro-sensing devices for air pollution and the monitoring of physiological indicators.
