Clarisse Yvette Virgino

Clarisse is a tobacco harm reduction consumer advocate based in the Philippines and is CAPHRA's Philippines representative. As a former smoker, Clarisse advocates for THR consumer rights as well as for fair regulation of THR products. She likewise extends support to fellow countries in the Asia Pacific region. Virgino holds a Juris Doctor degree and also teaches undergraduate law subjects at the University of the East in Manila.
