Brent Taylor

Brent Taylor serves as managing director of consumer marketplace insights and innovation at Altria Client Services. In this role, Taylor leads a team of consumer researchers who are committed to building consumer empathy, informing marketing strategies, and creating a pipeline of innovative tobacco products to support Altria’s vision of responsibly leading the transition of adult smokers to a smoke-free future.

Since joining Altria in 2004, Taylor has held multiple positions dedicated to understanding adults who smoke and generating consumer insights to support a variety of harm reduction initiatives.   These roles include research to inform youth tobacco prevention efforts and cessation support resources, embedding the consumer point-of-view into the development of marketing programs for non-combustible tobacco products, and providing consumer perspectives to support regulatory applications and engagements.

Taylor received his bachelor's degree in business administration from Texas A&M University.
