Harbutt is a freelance consultant. Until August 2023 she was development director at the Institute of Economic Affairs, building partnerships and relationships with stakeholders and partners, including individuals, corporations, trusts and foundations.
Harbutt worked in the TV industry for 20 years, rising swiftly through various research roles to become director of research and development for the U.K.’s first TV sales house. In 1995, she was founder and CEO of Paradigm Worldwide, providing numerical analysis and strategic advice to a range of media companies.
