Jennifer Hunter serves as senior vice president, corporate citizenship for Altria Client Services (ALCS) , which provides professional services and support to Altria Group and its operating companies. Hunter leads the company's efforts to address external issues, and its operating companies' efforts to help prevent underage tobacco use and help adult tobacco users who decide to quit be more successful. She has held this position since 2011.
Hunter has held a variety of roles in Philip Morris USA sales, Philip Morris USA youth smoking prevention and corporate responsibility, ALCS corporate responsibility and stakeholder relations, and ALCS corporate communications. She joined Philip Morris USA in 1994 as a territory sales manager in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Hunter holds a B.A. in journalism from the University of Wisconsin. She currently serves as the chairman of the Altria Companies Employee Community Fund and is a member of the executive leadership council.
Hunter also serves on the boards of the Curry School Foundation of the University of Virginia, Virginia State University, The Community Foundation Serving Richmond and Central Virginia, NextUp RVA and on the Virginia Growth and Opportunity Fund Region 4 Council.
